Watercolour

"Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated."
Confucius

Simply add water.  The more water the greater the risk of an error ... or ... is that creativity?

Watercolour has taught me to be careless, care free and explorative.  Often working on several pieces at the same time - (because I am somewhat impatient) - allows for mistakes to flow freely leading to very creative outcomes.

Watercolour really is simple, and making it complicated causes confusion, which can allow creative mistakes to happen very quickly.
